Gas Monitors

ATI offers economical Ammonia Gas sensors for many Honeywell, Manning & Calibration Technologies models for use with: A14/A11 Modular Gas Detector & C16 PortaSens II

ATI’s Series D16 PortaSens III Portable Gas Leak Detector is designed for easy one-hand operation. A versatile tool for performing regular leak checks in gas storage areas, around process equipment and piping, or in confined spaces prior to entry.

GasSens is a flexible component system providing a variety of options to meet individual gas detection and alarm requirements.

F12 gas detectors provide useful features that simplify installation, operation, and maintenance. Designed to measure toxic gases and oxygen in hazardous locations requiring an Intrinsically Safe (IS) device. A non-IS version is also available for non-hazardous locations.

ATI’s D12 Toxic and Combustible Gas Transmitter will accept up to 46 different sensors, greatly reducing the need for multiple gas transmitter models. The cast aluminum housing for the D12 gas transmitter is rated for Class 1, Division 1, Group B, C, D locations and is UL, FM, and CSA certified.

Series D12 Gas Transmitter line now includes a versatile infrared system that can be configured for LEL or select toxic gases. The D12-IR gas transmitter can also be configured with infrared sensors for carbon dioxide (CO2) or nitrous oxide (N2O) gas detection.

The Q45S model is an odor monitoring system that uses our standard Q45 electronics package in conjunction with a special Wet H2S sensor. Because Q45S Wet H2S Gas Detector systems are often monitoring gas streams with condensing levels of water vapor, provision has been made for eliminating water droplets from the gas sensor that could present a barrier to the diffusion of hydrogen sulfide into the sensor.

Series B12 transmitters are loop-powered instruments that transmit a 4-20 mA signal linearly proportional to gas concentration. Transmitters are normally supplied with the sensor close coupled to the enclosure. However, for special applications, the unit can be supplied with separate sensors that can be located up to 25 feet from the transmitter.

The Series B14 Gas Alarm Module Receivers are compact electronic modules that provide local alarm, display, and signal retransmission functions for gas detection systems. Each module provides separate caution, warning, and alarm setpoints with LED bar indicators of each alarm point. LED indicators flash on initial alarm condition and change to steady on when the alarm is indicated.

Series B12 Wet Gas Detector was developed to meet the need for reliable measurements in wet scrubber outlets for other gas streams that might be saturated with water vapor. The basic B12 Wet Gas Detector system consists of a loop-powered 2-wire transmitter and a corrosion resistant sensor specifically engineered to operate at 100% RH.

ATI’s A12-2 Wire UniSens universal 2-wire toxic gas transmitter handles 28 different gases, providing the most economical and flexible gas measurement system available today. UniSens is designed for ambient gas monitoring in all kinds of industrial environments: gas storage areas, gas compressor rooms, process piping galleries, rail car sidings, analyzer shacks, gas cabinets, chemical process areas, and more.

The Dri-Gas sampling system draws gas samples from high humidity vent stacks, ducts, wet wells, or other humid locations. The system removes water vapor from the gas sample by contact with a cold plate that condenses moisture and delivers a dehumidified gas sample suitable for toxic and combustible gas monitoring equipment.

The Model E12-15 IR Infrared Gas Detector is a rugged reliable microprocessor based intelligent gas detector. The E12-15 IR can be used to monitor from PPM levels to explosive levels of ammonia gas. The E12-15 IR is a stand-alone device providing a linear continuous 4 to 20 mA output representing 0 to full scale.

The A12-17 Combustible Gas Detector system eliminates the need for frequent response checks with an automatic gas test every 24 hours. This daily gas sensor response verification is as close to a fail-safe gas detection system as you can find, with the added benefit of greatly reduced manual testing.

ATI’s A21 Gas Sampler is a pumping system designed to draw gas samples from ducts or hard to access locations and deliver the samples to gas sensors such as the D12 Toxic and Combustible Gas Detector that would be located in a more convenient area. In addition to the sampling pump, the A21 systems contain various components needed to insure reliable gas sample measurement.

The A23-14 Ozone Generator is a portable generator designed to produce an ozone gas concentration below 1 PPM, which can be used for detector calibration at almost any location. Operation of the ozone gas generator is very simple. The basic kit contains the generator, one 103 liter air cylinder with fixed flow regulator, and 3 feet of outlet tubing.
