- Place the sliced pineapple in a large food processor. Add the whipping cream, vanilla, and salt. Puree until very smooth. Transfer to a GoodCook EveryWare container. Cover tightly and freeze for 2-3 hours.
- To serve, use an ice cream scoop and place the whip in a hollowed-out pineapple. Add a spoon and a cocktail umbrella, and enjoy!
