Bring the flavors of Disney into your kitchen with this cool and creamy homemade tropical pineapple whip. Made with fresh pineapple and other simple ingredients, this frosty and refreshing treat comes together quickly in a food processor and can be served in a hollowed-out pineapple husk. Both kids and adults love this tasty tropical pineapple whip! Dole Whip is an iconic treat, and park-goers wait in long lines for this frosty refreshment. With our Disney-inspired recipe, you don’t need to leave your house to make a batch of tropical pineapple whip. This easy and delicious recipe calls for fresh pineapple, and the GoodCook Pineapple Corer makes the process a breeze! It cores, slices, and peels pineapples with an easy twist. The bow-tie-shaped blade spiral slices the pineapple while leaving the bottom of the pineapple intact. The stainless steel blade is durable and protected against the fruit’s acidity, and it won’t stain or absorb odors. We love that the entire tool is dishwasher safe and comes apart for easy cleaning.

How To Make A Pineapple Bowl

Use the hollowed-out husk of the pineapple as a serving bowl for the whip. Use the GoodCook Pineapple Corer as instructed to remove the fruit, remove the core, and you’ll be left with a hollowed-out pineapple husk to use as a party drink vessel or fruity dessert container.

How To Make Tropical Pineapple Whip

  1. Cut off the top of the pineapple. Start the GoodCook Touch Pineapple tool turning into the center of the pineapple. Pull out the tool to extract the fruit. Push the release button to take off the handle and slide the sliced pineapple out.
  2. Place the sliced pineapple in a large food processor. Add the whipping cream, vanilla, and salt. Puree until very smooth. Transfer to a GoodCook EveryWare container. Cover tightly and freeze for 2-3 hours.
  3. To serve, use an ice cream scoop and place the whip in a hollowed-out pineapple. Add a spoon and a cocktail umbrella, and enjoy!

Recipe Tips

  • Use a large food processor or powerful blender for best results.
  • To make a pineapple whip float, fill a glass halfway with pineapple juice, followed by some Tropical Pineapple Whip. Add a small scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra delicious treat.
  • Want your whip to swirl? Transfer the frozen whip to a piping bag with a 1m wide star tip.
  • Add any fruity flavor to your pineapple whip by swapping out the frozen pineapple concentrate for orange, lemon, raspberry, strawberry, or mango concentrate.

Cool off on a hot summer day with the GoodCook line of bakeware and kitchen accessories. This tropical pineapple whip comes together quickly with the GoodCook Pineapple Corer. Store the whip in a GoodCook EveryWare container in the freezer until ready to use. Grab your GoodCook Ice Cream Scoop, portion out pineapple whip into the hollowed-out pineapple husks, and enjoy your frosty treat! Are you prepared for this summer favorite?
