We are very honored that the Los Angeles Business Journal Awards has selected Be Structured Technology Group as a top 100 finalist as one of the 100 Best Places to Work in Los Angeles. Chad Lauterbach, CEO of Be Structured, believes in making an often stressful job easier to handle by creating a cool and calm atmosphere for our people. We believe in hiring great people and treating them the best we possibly can. Part of that is by offering big company benefits even though we are a relatively small shop. We go beyond just the standard medical, dental, and vision with a matching 401(k), monthly outings, a very generous commuter benefit, and more.

The greatest strength of Be Structured is our outstanding staff. We are committed to providing the best customer service and meeting our project goals, deadlines and budgets. It is our staff values, respectful collaboration, and passion for our work that leads to our belief that we have the best team in the industry. We are always looking for dedicated new members too! Check out our careers page and send in your resume if you’re looking for one of the best places to work an Information Technology Career in Los Angeles.
