His experience representing Fortune 500 companies, as well as individual clients with significant injuries, will be nothing short of an invaluable asset to the firm.
For over 25 years, Mr. Maahs has successfully tried, arbitrated, and mediated hundreds of cases ranging from product and automobile liability to commercial litigation. In that time, he’s obtained numerous verdicts and settlements worth millions of dollars, including helping a client obtain a $5.7 million settlement for a major trucking accident.
Mr. Maahs is an adept negotiator and skilled trial lawyer with a range of experience and know-how. He’s a relentless litigator who has dedicated his career to helping victims of catastrophic events obtain justice and secure the highest possible compensation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Maahs was a managing attorney of the Arizona office of Sweet James, LLP and an assistant managing attorney at Phillips Law Group, P.C., representing victims of personal injury as well as individuals in bad faith actions against insurance companies.
He’s also spent time as legal counsel for major corporations, including Walgreens, State Farm, Johnson and Johnson, Marriott, and Home Depot.
Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Maahs suffered personal injuries while working as a construction worker. Although he fully recovered from the accident, his experiences gave him a greater understanding of the hardships suffered by those who are injured due to another’s negligence.

Since then, Mr. Maahs has focused on providing the highest quality and most effective representation to his clients.
