2021 was quite a year!
As 2021 comes to a close, I look back at this year with great pride. Despite all of the uncertainty and ongoing pandemic issues, we had an amazing year. The team here at In-Store continues to deliver award-winning results for our clients…literally.
We were honored to have our store redesign for Timberland chosen for the OmniShopper award from the Path to Purchase Institute. This prestigious award recognized our innovation and excellence in creating a new retail environment, where storytelling and interactive features brought life to an ordinary shoe store. We were able to drive sales higher through increased customer engagement, and with half the SKUs on the shelf. Needless to say, Timberland was as happy as us with the results, so you’ll be seeing more store redesigns from us soon. Learn more here.
We also created and installed truly unique foodservice kiosks for C3 by SBE. The new Citizens Market Hall in New York City features our elegant kiosks for food ordering. If you’re in the Hudson Yard area, stop by and check them out.
We delivered innovation in the areas of project management and supply chain support, as we developed a first-ever Smart App that allows both HQ and field reps at our clients to see live inventory of their displays, order replacement parts or new displays on the fly, and manage their warehousing in real time. This is a huge step in supporting our clients and it shows that our commitment to excellence carries through after the display is delivered. You won’t find better customer support anywhere.
Lastly, we were fortunate to add to our family this past year, bringing in a new head of Engineering as well as Operations support manager. Everything we do is dedicated to our client’s success, and our growing team embraces that philosophy.
Looking to 2022, you’ll see even more innovations from In-Store. Our clients have been challenged to deliver meaningful sustainability initiatives. In support of that, we will be launching a 100% recyclable semi-permanent display in Q1. We’re very excited to see the reaction to our new product line.
