Pay Zero Income or Capital Gains Tax With a Private 401k

Private 401K program from LIMITLESS Capital provides investors the opportunity to get into zero tax bracket for 2022.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Spokane, WA, November 17, 2022— How much are you paying in taxes for 2022? Are you interested in paying zero? LIMITLESS Capital is here to help.

Complicated cost segregation studies, accelerated depreciation, and opportunity zones are all difficult processes that you no longer need to worry about. With LIMITLESS, you can take advantage of a 100% tax deduction for 2022.

How does it work? Put simply, the Private 401k allows you to put away up to $10 million pre-tax by leveraging recent tax codes found in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 and Secure Act of 2019/2020. Approximately one dollar of taxable income is wiped out for every dollar contributed. This strategy is similar to putting money into a traditional 401k, except that the contribution limits are much higher, and money can also be withdrawn tax-free with special tax planning.

The contribution limit for a traditional 401k was a mere $20,500 in 2022 (going up to $22,500 in 2023). But with the Private 401k, you can contribute up to $10 million of earned and unearned income. The source of income does not matter, whether from business income, 1099, W-2, or even capital gains income.

“Our investors have the potential to pay absolutely zero capital gains tax or income tax, regardless of income source or how much you make,” says Shawn George, CEO and founder of LIMITLESS Capital. “This is the most powerful investing strategy you have probably ever, or never, heard of.”

“A dollar saved is a dollar earned,” says Zak Shaik, RIA. “For one client, we were able to save them over $2.5M in taxes on the sale of 145 bitcoin. For another, a W-2 employee in a 45% combined tax bracket, we were able to save him $2.7M on a $6M deferred compensation award. Another business owner rescued over $10M of capital gains from the $45M sale of their business, without using a 1031 exchange.”

The Private 401k can also be combined with real estate investing to double or even triple investment returns. Investors can leverage funds within the Private 401k account to contribute towards a given real estate project. The investor receives a tax refund in addition to the returns of the project, once the project is completed.

For an investor in a combined 43% tax bracket (37% federal + 6% state), the investor would receive a tax refund of 43% plus whatever returns, say 15-20%- are generated by the real estate project.

Investors with LIMITLESS Real Estate Fund are doing this today, investing in new construction in the Seattle, Washington area and multifamily buy and hold properties all across the nation. Overall returns within the Private 401k can be 50-70% per year.

In a world of recession and inflation, the Private 401k is also one of the safest investments out there today, since at minimum you make 30-50% based on whatever your tax bracket might be. Even if you made zero returns on the underlying real estate investment, you still receive this tax refund

So why don’t more people take advantage of this?

“There are over 2 million financial advisors in the US. Of these, only 300 are wealth and tax planners. It basically comes down to a law of numbers – 300 folks just can’t cover 300 million people very effectively,” says Zak.

If you are interested in taking advantage of this opportunity, the time to act is now. Investors have until December 10th to get their information to LIMITLESS if they would like to wipe out their taxes for 2022.
