USC Trojans Football Schedule 2022

The 2022 USC football schedule was released by the Pac-12, and it features seven home games at the Coliseum in Lincoln Riley’s debut season as head coach.

The Trojans will play against league opponents Arizona State, California, Colorado, and Washington State at the Coliseum this season. They will also face Notre Dame, Fresno State, and Rice in non-conference action.

The USC Trojans’ five road games are against the UCLA Bruins, Utah Utes, Stanford Cardinal, Arizona Sun Devils, and the Oregon State Beavers.

USC, which has a bye midway through the regular season, will face nine league opponents in 2022 (except Oregon and Washington).

This season, seven of the Trojans’ 2022 opponents will compete in a bowl game. Not since 2018 have Notre Dame and Colorado met in the Coliseum, while USC has not visited Stanford or Oregon State since then.

Here is the USC Trojans Football Schedule For 2022.

The USC Trojans will play Rice in the Coliseum on September 3, 2022, Labor Day weekend, their 2022 schedule begins. It will be the team’s fourth encounter but the first since 1971 (and first in the Coliseum since 1948).

The USC Trojans start Pac-12 Conference play the following week at Stanford Stadium on Sept. 10, 2022, against the Cardinal.

USC then returns to the LA Memorial Coliseum on September 17, 2022, to host the Mountain West’s Fresno State Bulldogs. It will mark their fourth meeting in the past ten seasons.

The Trojans next begin an eight-game run against Pac-12 conference teams, first visiting Reser Stadium to face the Oregon State Beavers on September 24, 2022. and then returning to the home for a two-games versus the Arizona State Sun Devils on October 1, 2022, and the Washington State Cougars on October 8, 2022.

USC visits Rice–Eccles Stadium to face the defending Pac-12 Conference champions the Utah Utes on October 15, 2022, then has a bye week before going to Arizona to face the Sun Devils at Sun Devil Stadium on October 29, 2022.

November play begins with a home game against Cal Bears on November 5, 2022. USC will play their first Friday home game since 2019, on November 11, 2022, against the Colorado Buffaloes.

The Trojans conclude the 2022 regular season against their crosstown rivals by visiting the Pasadena Rose Bowl to face the UCLA Bruins on November 19, 2022, for the Crosstown Cup.

The Trojans will then host their intersectional foe the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Thanksgiving weekend Nover 26, 2022. It will be the first time since 2018 that USC plays the Bruins and then Notre Dame in consecutive weeks.

Pac 12 Football Championship
The Pac-12 Football Championship Game will be on Friday, Dec. 2, 2022, in Las Vegas, at Allegiant Stadium.

Rose Bowl Game:
This season’s Rose Bowl Game could see the Big Ten runner-up vs. Pac-12 champion. Early 24/7 Sports projections have the Michigan Wolverines meeting the USC Trojans at the “Grand Daddy of them All” in Pasadena.
