FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SAINT LOUIS, MO, October 18, 2023—  JaOhn S. Cooper has been inducted into Marquis Who’s Who. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Cooper has been recognized for her leadership and success as the executive director and chief executive officer of Our Kings and Queens Home Health since 2015. Serving Saint Louis and the surrounding communities, her company provides compassionate care via experienced and trained personal attendants to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Services are notably provided free of charge to individuals with Missouri Medicaid.

Established to help the underserved population, Ms. Cooper believes in quality health care for all as a fundamental human right. Since founding her organization, she has garnered numerous contracts, including the Missouri Department of Mental Health, serving more than 125 clients. Our Kings and Queens Home Health is also accredited by the Better Business Bureau, maintaining an A+ rating.

Ms. Cooper subsequently established Father John DBA Our Kings and Queens Nitrile Gloves, recognized as a minority-owned, small disadvantaged, and woman-owned business in Saint Louis in 2021. Having experienced a personal protective equipment shortage during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic while managing her home health care, particularly gloves, Ms. Cooper began developing her own line of Nitrile Gloves, which offers higher puncture resistance, significant chemical resistance, and other qualities that outperforms traditional latex gloves. Sold through Father John, proceeds are distributed to develop housing for individuals with developmental disabilities so they can live independently of their legal guardians.

As a leader in her community, Ms. Cooper has become known locally as a staunch advocate for giving back. Besides her work through her health care organization and nonprofit, she frequently distributes toiletries and personal hygiene kits to needy individuals.

Ms. Cooper holds an Associate Degree in Nursing. Adding credibility to her profession, she also received a National Provider Identifier. In recognition of her success and hard work in her community, Ms. Cooper has been featured in several local publications highlighting her achievements. She attributes much of her success to the many significant relationships she has developed and to her integrity and core values.
