This banana blueberry hemp protein smoothie is made for those seeking a sustaining before or after work out smoothie or a sneaky lunchtime gym session! It’s tasty, super-easy to make, and uses hemp protein powder, banana, peanut butter, and unsweetened almond milk. For a sweeter taste, add a little honey, maple syrup, or chocolate Ovaltine.

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients in your favorite Jeela Sports protein shaker bottle, and shake until smooth and creamy.
