With over 15 years of experience in patent prosecution, mergers and acquisitions, patent assertions, and portfolio management, the trademark attorney brings a wealth of expertise to our practice.

Before joining Berkeley Law & Technology Group, LLP, Michael Febbo served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he made significant contributions in the fields of memory and cache technologies, high-performance interconnects, silicon photonics, computer architecture, networking, software, optics, ASIC design, signal integrity, and materials. His extensive knowledge and accomplishments in these areas make him a valuable asset to our firm and its clients.

Michael Febbo is a highly educated and qualified patent attorney, holding a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is a member of the California Bar and is registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), further enhancing his ability to provide top-notch legal services to our clients.
