Ingredients: 1 lb. boneless pork, cut into cubes 2 (16 oz.) cans black beans, drained 1 red or yellow bell pepper, chopped 1 med. can of tomato (whole, chopped, or crushed) 1 sm. red onion, thinly sliced 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 t. ground cumin 2 t. chili powder 1/2 t. salt 1 can tomato sauce 1/2 c. sour cream 2 T. chopped cilantro.
