To celebrate Oktoberfest, the Navigeaters went to East Village bierhaus Zum Schneider, where they attempted to zuzeln a weisswurst (the traditional Bavarian method of sucking the meat out of the casing). Also on the menu: sliced radi (radish), obatza cheese spread, and Nuremberg wurst. And, of course, lots and lots of weiss beer. Prost! Navigeaters is one couple's quest to eat a meal from every country on Earth... without leaving New York City.
