2006 Minnesota Schedule Viking
In the National Football League, the Minnesota Vikings have one of the more difficult schedules and are among the few teams that have to face some of the more challenging lineups in the league. They have a number of teams that have been eyeing them as an easy win and that is something that the Vikings have been trying to prove wrong. With some of the more fearsome teams vying to take on the Vikings, it is impressive that they have been one of the more stable teams with a record that is respectable. The difficulty rating of the Viking schedule for the teams that they have to face is the 12th hardest in the league and this is compounded as many of the key games are away. This makes the schedule overall for the Vikings as the 8th moist difficult and one that has been making many of the players more humble with what has to be done to keep the team as one that can make it to the playoffs. Overall, the Vikings have shown a lot of promise and have been one of the teams that has been showing that they can compete with any times that is in the league. They may have lost to a powerhouse like Chicago, but they showed a lot of promise with every score being close and reflective to the staunch defense that has been one of the Viking trademarks. Many of the teams have been adjusting their play design to make it harder for the Vikings to win, but they have a good depth of talent and are one of the more balanced teams in the league. This has been something that has been one of the saving graces for this team that has one of the hardest schedules in the league. If the Vikings do make it through the schedule and have a shot at the playoffs, it may be as a wildcard or possible as a low seeded playoff bound team. There are a lot impressive teams that they have to contend with in their schedule and it may come down to injuries intensity.
