Stop Your Babies From Waking Up At Night TODAY!
 by: Joe Hedler

If your baby has been waking you up most of the night crying and you are sleepless, this is the article you should have read long time ago.

Here first we are going to discuss the actual problem with babies waking up. Next we are going to talk about solving that problem with a sleeping routine. Finally we are going to talk about the important things you should watch out for.

Okay so I bet you are tired from the same picture: 3:00 AM, baby is wake, crying, you are searching for the milk bottle, tired from waking up 5 nights in a row. Well I was in your shoes some time ago. I was searching over the internet just like you, and fortunately, I found a solution.

The solution is simple: you need to employ a sleeping routine to your baby’s day plan. By employing a sleeping routines your baby will get a better sleep, and so will you.

The first step for this to work is most crucial. You have to have a pre-sleep routine. This pre-sleep routine will tell the baby when it is time for bed, before it has to actually sleep. It will also relax it.

A good example of sleeping routines are as follows: a good warm relaxing bath (not to warm), reading a bed time story, etc. But the important thing is not to stop until the baby is fully asleep.

When you see that your toddler is falling asleep, keep reading. It’s important for the baby to fall asleep by itself.

What this will do is teach the baby to fall asleep naturally. With this learned, when your toddler wakes up in the middle of the night, it will not call for you to put it back to sleep. But rather it will fall asleep by itself. Crying is just the way of him/her calling you.

An important note is that although this works great for me, this method isn’t foolproof. This means that it might not work on every toddler in the world. Bare this in mind.

Okay so here first we talked about your (and your toddler’s) problem is. After that we talked about what the solution is and what to do. Finally we took some notes on the way to keep in mind.

Now you know the method I employ to get my good night sleep, and keep my baby happy while doing it. I hope this will help others as it helped me.
