In Part One of “How To Pick Up Women: The Basics,” you learned that being successful with women means accepting that men and women are, on a fundamental level, very different creatures, and that it’s perfectly normal for those differences to exist and occasionally lead to misunderstandings.

In Part Two of the series, we’re going to focus on another extremely important tenet of seduction mastery: don’t try to change others – concentrate all of your efforts on changing yourself.

I could launch into a deep, philosophical discussion of what it means to attempt to change another, but I don’t want to waste your time. I’m not trying to tell you that others are faultless, nor am I trying to tell you that you are a severely flawed individual and therefore need to transform yourself completely in order to be attractive to women. When I say “Don’t try to change others – concentrate all of your efforts on changing yourself,” I’m just being practical.

It’s nearly impossible to change someone else. In most cases, a person will put up shields the instant they feel that you’re trying to change them in some way, and will become increasingly resistant to any suggestions you make. Real change only occurs when a person accepts that the change is desirable, and actively works towards achieving it.

When you’re learning how to pick up women, it’s simpler and infinitely more personally beneficial to dedicate your time and energy towards self-improvement. A man who is stuck in his old ways and is determined that, one day, women will learn to love him for “who he is” is squandering time and missing valuable opportunities. What chance does he have in the face of thousands of years of biological and social conditioning? Start with changing your perception of yourself, then allow your new positive attitude to influence your behavior in constructive ways.

If you follow these steps and dedicate yourself towards constantly evolving and improving, you will not only learn how to pick up women more effectively – you will increase success in all areas of your life. What could possibly be more attractive than that?
