Reliv - The Not-So-Good

Reliv International has also gained controversy on a number of fronts. First, they received an FDA warning letter in 1998 based on claims with one of their supplements for joint pain and health. Being publicly traded, their product and financial claims undergo a tremendous amount of scrutiny, and they evidently crossed a line in the FDA's eyes.

Additionally, they promote "warm marketing" to their distributors, advocating they market to friends and family members to grow their businesses.
