The Land For Pennies System - My Way to Great Riches

I have spent over ten years buying and selling tax delinquent real estate. The only problem I had was getting started. After all this time of successfully completing amazing real estate deals, I think my time and money spent on trying to discover the best system has paid off in unbelievable proportions. Now, at a time when I am gladly revealing all my success secrets to you, here are some excellent property deals I have done through my "Land For Pennies" system.

1.47 Acres in Rio Rico, Arizona

This picturesque property was once the "retirement dream" of a young couple. When they bought it, they wanted to settle down here for their retirement years and spend a lavish time. However, as time passed and their children grew up and grand children became the joy of their lives, they realized they did not want to move away from their current home. With that decision, this amazing property became a burden, demanding annual property taxes from their life's savings. One day, they simply decided not to pay the taxes for the property, and so I stepped in.

I purchased this 1.47 acres of property, so close to a golf course, for just $347.93 plus about $400 in property taxes, which I didn't pay until I had a buyer's contract in my possession. By paying the initial $347.93 to make the property mine, I put it up for sale in the market through online skills. The land was sold within 3 weeks for $19,000. Of course, there was seller financing involved, which I took back in installments of $276.54 for 10 years, but I still made a profit of $18,652.07 on it.

1 Acre in Port Charlotte, Florida

One of my favorite deals ever, I bought this entire property for less than $350, much less than even a decent car repayment. My super-low price for it was $323.57. I'm not exactly clear of the details leading to the sale by the owner, but I do remember it was something to do with how frustrated he was about the slow development in the area. Even though it was close to the sea and would have developed with time, the owner just did not have the patience to wait any longer.

To be honest, I wanted to keep this property for myself. It's not everyday that you come across incredible location, potential and price at the same time. I put it for sale anyway, because I knew the money I got from it would be well worth it. The land was sold within one week for an incredible $35,000, cash upfront. That is a 9000% return-on-investment within just one week!

In conclusion, I' like to emphasize on one fact: my tried-and-tested system of buying and selling tax delinquent real estate truly works. It is not another "get rich quick" scam, but a genuine, laboriously developed, guaranteed long-term income potential.
